Intended use: A blend of natural herbs and root vegetables soaked for 2-4 weeks in raw apple cider vinegar to provide a robust immune booster
Directions: Store at room temp in a cabinet, pantry, or in a fridge. Allow it to sit for 4 to 6 weeks and gently shake (burp) it daily. Once done, DRAIN & DISCARD the solids and KEEP the liquid.
Dilute the liquid with water and add honey to take as a shot every day when sick or weekly when you are well. It may also be used as a base for salad dressings, teas, or added to other foods. Consult your doctor before using. This cider can last for years when stored in a cool, dry pantry or cabinet.
