This avocado oil is AMAZING!! Very soothing and smells great. I was concerned because I have a nut allergy and very sensitive skin, however, this oil has not been an issue.
I’ve used it on my back, wrists, and ankles to soothe aches and inflammation. BUT, I mainly use in with a little moisturizer and massage it into my sinus areas, under my nose and temples. Works wonders!!! I’ve also noticed that the scent of it instantly boosts my moods too!!!
