True health flows through mind, body, and spirit. It is with this holistic belief that I opened Inspire Health & Wellness, to foster a culture of personable, affordable healthcare to better care for my community. As a board certified nurse practitioner, I have seen first hand how the traditional healthcare system treats patients and dismisses them for profit. The people who step through our doors are our family and deserve a partner who knows them, their lives, their hopes, and their goals to better facilitate a lifetime of wellness.
My calling is to be your guide, a voice of understanding and sage advice through life’s medical and spiritual challenges. Our office will be a respite for your ailments and concerns, where your story is our prime concern and your happiness our number one goal.

Kristal enjoys spending time with her husband, Darren, and boys, Dylan, and Daxton. In her spare time, she enjoys home gardening, cooking, kickboxing, biking, traveling, reading, and singing.
Education is important to Kristal and she serves as a mentor for high school health and nursing students. She provides an annual community scholarship, The Kristal Mead Hillie Nursing Education Scholarship, for Mississippi residents. She is also actively involved in her church and a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
